Redring dualheat manual

Hi, ive just moved into my new flat 2 bedrrom, ground floor and any time the boiler is turned on, the radiators go on. The only way to turn off the radiators is to turn off the boiler. Is the boiler set to Automatic? It is a Dual heat DH 9U model. Can anyone help please? Hi, These are an electric Thermal Store system. Normally there will be a time controller for your heating, and a Room thermostat to set the room temperature.

First thing to check is that the time control isn't set to constant and the room thermostat isn't cranked up high. This will bring the heating on every time the power to the unit is on. Where would the time controller be? I have the option of room temperature adjust and time for the radiators to come on and off on my thermostat. Should there be another switch for the the boiler to activate the thermostat?
